1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
You receive the wrong item or variety.
The product is damaged or tampered with during transit.
The product is expired or past usable shelf life on delivery.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period may not be entertained.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sensitive nature of agricultural inputs, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened, used, or partially used seed packets
Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer
Products purchased under discounts or promotional offers (unless defective)
