Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Globale Agro Trading, we are committed to ensuring the timely and secure delivery of your agricultural supplies. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.


1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. In case your location is not serviceable, our support team will reach out to assist you with alternate delivery arrangements or refunds if necessary.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Actual delivery timelines may vary due to local conditions or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order and will be visible at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, your order status and tracking details will be available under the "My Orders" section of your account at globaleagro.org.
We do not send SMS updates. Please log in to monitor your shipment progress.


5. Packaging and Safety

Each item is packed with care using tamper-proof, moisture-resistant packaging to ensure product integrity during transit.


6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability at your end, the order may be returned to us. Re-dispatch will be subject to additional shipping charges.


7. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India. All deliveries are strictly domestic.
